Associate – Insurance & Reinsurance (3–5 PQE)

A leading Cayman law firm is looking for an ambitious Associate to join its Insurance/Reinsurance team.

The Role

The role will include providing strategic advice on licensing, entity formation, M&A, and regulatory matters.. This is a chance to join a top-tier, international team in a dynamic and growing sector.

About You

We’re seeking a lawyer with:

• 3–5 years’ PQE, qualified in the Cayman Islands or a recognised jurisdiction (UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or NZ)
• Financial services regulatory experience (insurance focus preferred)
• Strong academics and drafting skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and an interest in business development

Experience in other regulatory or tax-focused practices will also be considered.
